 What Do the ( [1-8]xx | xxxxxxx | .............9, [2-9]xxxxxxxxx |  1 900 xxxxxxx ! |  011xxxxxx. | 0 | [49]11 ) Mean?
A- the entire dial plan must be enclosed within a pair of brackets ()
( [1-8]xx | xxxxxxx |............ | 1 900 xxxxxxx ! | 011xxxxxx. | 0 | [45-9*]11 )
B-The '|separates each component of that dial plan
( [1-8]xx |  xxxxxxx |............ |  1 900 xxxxxxx ! | 011xxxxxx | 0 | [45-9*]11 )
C- list of accepted key presses []
( [1-8]xx |  xxxxxxx |......... | 1 900 xxxxxxx ! |  011xxxxxx. | 0 | [45-9*]11 )
For example:
- you would enter [1-8] to allow the user  to press any one digit from 1 through 8.
-you would enter [45-9*] to allow the user to press 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 or *.
D-Local dialing <:> this part of the dial plan is telling the  pap2 to replace any characters within the <> brackets before the :,with what's written after the :
( [1-8]xx |  xxxxxxx |........... |<#1:1524114>|...|  011xxxxxx. | 0 | [45-9*]11 )
for exemple :<#1:1524114> To dial 1524114 by pressing #1 When the user presses #1  the system automatically replaces #1 with 1524114
E-xxxxxxxxxx  'x' represents any single number between 0 and 9
( [1-8]xx |  xxxxxxx |............ | 1 900 xxxxxxx ! |  011xxxxxx. | 0 | [45-9*]11 )
for example:in this case xxxxxx any six individual numerical digits would match the dial plan eg:015474 or 879541 or 654874........
F-blocks access to certain numbers  xxxxxx!
( [1-8]xx |  xxxxxxx |............ |  1 900 xxxxxxx ! |  011xxxxxx. | 0 | [45-9*]11 )
for example:1 900 xxxxxxx ! the call is rejected, if the user enters an 11-digit number that starts with the digits 1900
